Respironics H2 Humidifier is intended for home use to warm and humidify the air delivered by CPAP and bi-level devices. The H2 Heated Humidifier warms and moistens the air to enhance patient comfort and compliance with positive pressure therapy.
The H2 Heated Humidifier warms and moistens the air delivered by positive airway pressure devices to enhance comfort and compliance for patients. Heated humidification can help to prevent nasal dryness, congestion, and discomfort that are sometimes associated with positive airway pressure therapy
The H2 Heated Humidifier heats the water in the chamber, which increases its capacity to produce water vapor. Increased water vapor means that more humidity is added to the air that is delivered through the patient circuit. Increased humidity output provides a more comfortable delivery of therapy to the patient, and is generally preferred during subjective evaluations.
