Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date for a prompt refund. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. There is a 15% restocking fee deducted from the original amount.The original shipping and handling charges (if any) are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
Due to FDA regulations regarding cross contamination and the resale of medical supplies and devices we cannot accept returns on any CPAP or BiPAP equipment where the manufacturer's or supplier's packaging has been opened.

Shipping Policy

CPAPNY.COM must inform our customers that all services provided by us are performed independently of ResMed.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 3:00pm EST/EDT Monday through Friday will be shipped that day via chosen shipping method. Orders placed after 3:00pm Monday through Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following business day. If any orders are not available or on backorder, the customer will be notified and the item will be shipped as soon as possible.
How much does shipping cost?
CPAPNY.COM is happy to now offer free standard (2-10 business day arrival time) shipping on all orders $75.00 and over ($5 for any order less than $75). All customers have the ability to upgrade shipping at an additional cost. The shipping costs are dependent on package weight and ship-to address.
To find these costs please add the desired items to your cart and initiate checkout to see published rates. We reserve the right to choose a shipping method when orders are shipped free. We may send items without tracking information via USPS First Class Mail.
Special Delivery Notice for CPAP/BiPAP Machines NOTE: ORDERS CONTAINING CPAP/BIPAP MACHINES WILL BE MARKED TO RECEIVE ADULT SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY, PLEASE PREPARE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE MACHINES SHIPPED TO A LOCATION WHERE SOMEONE WILL BE PREPARED TO RECEIVE IT. FEDEX WILL NOT LEAVE PACKAGES UNATTENDED THAT ARE MARKED FOR SIGNATURE. Please note: Offer for free standard shipping is only valid in the continental United States. CPAPNY.COM will ship internationally, but shipping rate is to be paid by the customer on all orders regardless of price. International shipments are eligible to be shipped USPS Global Priority. Rates determined during checkout based on package weight and delivery location.
Prescription Policy
CPAPNY.COM requires a prescription for every CPAP/BiPAP/APAP machine, CPAP mask or humidifier purchased. Before we will ship your machine a copy of the prescription must received either via email @ info@cpapny.com, fax @ 718-477-1036 or hard copy to: CPAPNY.COM. 4340 Victory Blvd. Staten Island, New York 10314. Please send a copy of your prescription within 7 business days. Please note that any canceled order due to lack of prescription will be charged an administrative fee of 15% at time of refund. Please contact us directly if you are having difficulty obtaining a prescription.
What should be on the prescription?
- Patients first and last name
- Doctor's name and office address
- Patient's pressure setting. For BiPAP, it must include IPAP and EPAP pressures. For APAP or Auto machines, we need a minimum and maximum pressure.
Examples: CPAP @ 7cmH2O; BiPAP @ 16/12 cmH2O; APAP 6 – 14cmH2O

Warranty Policy
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS & WARRANTIES All of the items we sell are guaranteed to be in full working order when you receive them. In addition many of the products we sell (including all masks, interfaces and machines) are covered by standard manufacturer's warranties.
If an item you purchase is damaged during shipment you may return it for replacement with the exact same item. Return arrangements must be made within 30-days of purchase.
All of the masks and machines we sell are covered by standard manufacturer's warranties. If you purchase such an item and find that it is defective within the warranty period we will gladly repair or replace it based on the manufacturer's policies. To arrange a warranty repair or replacement please contact @ info@cpapny.com. Shipping charges may apply on select warranty replacements.
For most CPAP masks this warranty is 90-days from the date of purchase. For most CPAP and flow generator machines warranty coverage extends for 1- to 2-years from the date of purchase. If you ever have a question about one of the items we sell or need a warranty repair, please contact @ info@cpapny.com.
All products purchased from a ResMed Preferred Internet Provider come with the manufacturer's standard warranty.
